Making A Purchase Making a purchase is simple. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. For security reasons, new customers must have their order sent to the cardholder's address.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch and Maestro. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to send. Backordered items are not charged until they are sent. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Returns Policy We must be contacted within 7 days of you receiving your goods. Should you need to return any item please return it with the original packaging and send it recorded delivery. Enclose a copy of the invoice and a letter giving your name, address and telephone number, give details of the reason for return and what action you wish us to take. In the case of faulty goods please contact us on 07805 666 738 / 01424 436784 and we will then decide the best course of action. Any goods returned outside of these conditions will be charged a 15% restocking charge, & P&P costs will only be refunded on faulty/incorrectly supplied goods.
The MXP Group are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of suspected faulty or incorrectly supplied parts. (This does not affect your statutory rights.)
With special orders or where goods have been made to a customers specification we must reserve the right to refuse cancellation and refunds and the deduction of a handling charge will be made at our discretion.

Privacy Policy The MXP Group do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will put the item on back order for you. If there will be a delay outside our normal delivery time then we will contact you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
